Manage and expand enterprise customer relationships, renewals, and growth opportunities across a substantial book of business. Own onboarding, account planning, quarterly business reviews, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and contract negotiations. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate cross-functional solution delivery, resolve issues, forecast revenue, and identify expansion opportunities. Support other customer success managers and represent the company at industry events.

The Sales Executive will generate a pipeline of leads, close six-figure SaaS deals, manage complex sales cycles, and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
