Leads fundraising campaign operations, CRM and data governance, reporting, project management, donor engagement workflows, proposal processes, campaign events, and cross-functional coordination. The role develops dashboards, tracks financial commitments and pledge fulfillment, manages campaign plans and leadership meetings, improves operational systems, and supports fundraising strategy through accurate data, documentation, and accountability.

Leads integrated campaign strategy, communications, donor engagement, proposal development, executive and Campaign Cabinet support, events, performance reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Lead major, transformational, and planned giving efforts by managing a portfolio of 50–80 high-net-worth donors, family foundations, and prospects. Develop cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and planned-giving strategies; secure donor visits and major gift proposals; build relationships with executives, board members, volunteers, and community leaders; oversee donor communications, events, CRM data, reporting, and revenue goals.

Leads principal and major gift fundraising for a portfolio of 50–80 high-capacity donors and prospects. Develops donor-centered strategies, blended giving plans, multi-year campaign commitments, and transformational gift solicitations. Cultivates, solicits, closes, documents, and stewards individuals, family foundations, and donor-advised fund holders. Collaborates with executives, board members, volunteers, research, finance, and gift operations while maintaining CRM records, pipeline reporting, proposals, and stewardship activities.
