Provides consultative banking sales and service at branch locations, builds consumer and business lending pipelines, develops client relationships, generates referrals, opens and maintains accounts, supports loan applications, processes financial transactions, and assists with team training and coaching.

As a Commercial Relationship Manager II, you will develop and manage relationships with business clients, provide financial solutions, conduct credit reviews, and monitor a portfolio of commercial loans in compliance with regulations.

Provide consultative sales and personalized service at branch level to build business and consumer relationships, grow lending pipeline, generate referrals, open and maintain accounts, support loan applications and branch operations, and coach team members.

Evaluate and analyze complex commercial credit relationships, prepare credit approval packages and recommendations, monitor account performance, maintain financial files and collateral lien perfection, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and serve as a credit subject-matter expert.

Analyze credit and financial information for commercial clients, including financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, and repayment sources. Prepare credit approval packages, spreadsheets, summaries, and written analyses to support loan decisions for new, renewed, and existing loan requests. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Provide exceptional client sales and service at branch locations: consult on bank products, open and maintain accounts, assist with lending processes, manage client relationships and referrals, process routine transactions, and support branch operations and team coaching.

Lead development and maintenance of enterprise capital and loan-level stress testing programs. Build forecasting models, analytical tools, and presentation materials for committees and regulators. Coordinate internal/external resources, monitor regulatory requirements, perform gap analyses, drive issue resolution and process improvements, and support integration activities for acquisitions and enterprise initiatives.

Drive revenue by developing and managing relationships with large commercial clients. Underwrite and structure commercial loans, prepare credit analysis, monitor portfolio risk and compliance, negotiate credit terms, mentor junior staff, and represent the bank in the community to grow business.

Analyze commercial and personal financial statements, tax returns, cash flow and collateral to prepare credit approval packages and written analyses supporting loan decisions while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Drive revenue through business development and relationship management with large commercial clients. Underwrite and structure commercial loans, prepare credit analyses, monitor portfolio risk and compliance, negotiate terms, represent the bank in the community, and mentor junior relationship managers.
