In this role you'll
- Engage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities.
- Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Balance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools that support their goals.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services.
- Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback.
- Hold appointments to identify client needs, provide solutions, and support their financial success.
- Open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.

In this role you’ll
- Provide exceptional client experiences through consultative sales and service interactions at branch locations.
- Build awareness and understanding of bank products and services, including digital banking capabilities.
- Grow and maintain a consumer and business lending pipeline by deepening client and center‑of‑influence relationships.
- Conduct outbound calls, networking activities, and participate in banking presentations to generate referrals and new business.
- Apply need‑based sales techniques to expand, retain, and strengthen client relationships.
