Lead integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Casing Running Tool (CRT) systems on rig sites. Provide real-time technical support, diagnostics, PLC troubleshooting, rig surveys, field mentoring, documentation, spare-parts management, and ensure safety and operational readiness during rig-up, commissioning, and live operations.

Lead design, analysis, and support of LV/MV power distribution and machine control systems for drilling equipment. Own technical deliverables, develop schematics and control architectures, specify PLC/PAC and HMI/SCADA, perform power studies, ensure code and hazardous-location compliance, support commissioning/FAT/SAT, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage receipt, storage, labeling, and shipment of consumables and capital items. Maintain accurate inventory system, perform cycle counts, enforce MIN/MAX replenishment, prepare shipping documentation, and support warehouse manager. Follow safety procedures and keep warehouse organized.

Design, implement, deploy, and support control systems for land-based drilling rigs. Perform integration and acceptance testing, troubleshoot systems, provide field technical support, document designs and procedures, and train junior engineers and technicians while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Support development and administration of global corporate insurance and risk management programs. Manage insurance renewals, multi-line claims (reporting, development, settlements), procure insurance and surety bonds, coordinate service providers, assess reserves, generate loss histories, support risk-reduction policies and audits, and assist the Director of Risk Management on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Evaluate customer creditworthiness, analyze financial statements and external reports, recommend credit limits, manage account setups and credit workflow in HighRadius, maintain audit-ready customer credit files, support cross-functional stakeholders, monitor delinquency and prepare risk reports, and assist the Credit Manager on complex cases and departmental duties.
