Lead global enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs from planning through implementation and continuous improvement. Owns governance, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery oversight for an enterprise AI portfolio. The role translates approved strategy and investment thresholds into roadmaps, manages intake and stage gates, tracks risks, resources, performance, and ROI, and reports portfolio status to executive steering committees. Provides engineering and project leadership for aerospace actuation and avionics development, qualification, and production programs. Leads cross-functional teams, manages technical scope, and oversees cost, schedule, milestones, design, analysis, trade studies, verification testing, and technical customer communication. Design, develop, validate, and sustain production tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Create CAD models and detailed drawings, support CAM/CNC processes, lead process planning, PFMEA, and production launches. Collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to improve manufacturability, resolve issues, and document SOPs and work instructions.

Supports Treasury operations by managing ACH and wire payment templates, corporate pay runs, bank fees, transaction errors, outstanding checks, unclaimed property reporting, vendor payment profiles, equipment leases, payment requests, journal entries, and departmental communications. The role ensures payment accuracy, control compliance, documentation, and workflow continuity while partnering with Treasury Analysts and banking partners.

Supports the sustainment, fielding, maintenance, modernization, and lifecycle management of complex military weapon systems. Develops maintenance instructions, technical manuals, retrofit procedures, configuration-management plans, repair processes, and training. Leads failure analysis, quality improvements, maintainability and integrated logistics support, spares planning, depot overhaul, supplier coordination, proposal support, and customer engagement. Provides technical guidance across engineering, production, aftermarket, military depots, and business-development teams.

Lead design, delivery, and management of training strategies and curricula for technical and professional roles. Assess skill gaps, ensure QMS compliance, track training effectiveness, coach instructors, partner with operations and HR, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites to support workforce development and business goals.
