Leads supplier development and readiness initiatives for aerospace manufacturing suppliers. The role assesses supplier capability, capacity, maturity, industrialization, and execution risk; manages development plans, milestones, and closure evidence; supports supplier onboarding, NPI, work transfers, APQP, and launch readiness; and coordinates sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and program stakeholders. The position focuses on electro-mechanical assemblies, electronics, supplier-owned intellectual property, and machining, with 20%–35% travel required.

Leads enterprise data management programs spanning multiple projects, workstreams, stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners. Owns program strategy, roadmaps, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, compliance alignment, audit readiness, executive communication, change management, adoption, and benefits realization. Oversees testing, requirements validation, deployment readiness, operational readiness, and continuous improvement while supporting data governance, stewardship, Data Council, MDM, and Data Quality initiatives.

Leads technical execution and compliance across aerospace product lifecycles, serving as the primary customer technical contact. Coordinates cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program teams; manages technical scope, cost, schedule, risk, and change; supports proposals and new product introduction; resolves complex technical issues; mentors engineers; and aligns product development with customer needs, business objectives, and technology roadmaps.

Develop and maintain embedded avionics software for spacecraft systems and single-board computers. Responsibilities include C/C++ development on VxWorks and other RTOS platforms, board bring-up, device-driver development, hardware/software integration, protocol debugging, testing, anomaly resolution, configuration management, documentation, and technical reviews.

Supports mechanical manufacturing engineers and machinists with engineering tasks, inspection report reviews, dimensional measurement, technical drawing and tolerance work, and data collection.
