Manage end-to-end supplier relationships for Moog Military Aircraft, driving inventory, quality, and on-time delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams, convert demand into compliant purchase orders, lead supplier selection/negotiation, perform root-cause problem solving and supplier recovery, and implement continuous improvement. Ensure supply continuity and support factory needs; travel approximately 20%.

Develops and administers complex quality programs and inspection plans for electronics manufacturing. Leads root cause and failure analysis, corrective actions, SPC/DOE studies, first article inspections, training, supplier and contract compliance, and provides technical support to manufacturing and customers.

Lead bottom-up cost optimization across product lifecycle, translate technical inputs into proposal cost data, evaluate design-for-cost and assembly, steward historical cost data, and coordinate cross-functional teams (Procurement, Engineering, Finance) to support pricing and capture decisions under tight deadlines.
