Lead and coordinate production and development programs for military aircraft, ensuring contract compliance, on-time delivery, budget and schedule control, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and customer communication. Translate business needs into user stories and technical specs, manage stakeholder alignment, validate deliveries, and ensure governance, data quality, and compliance for curated datasets, metrics, and dashboards.
