Provide contract and billing support to clients and internal teams, execute billing cycles, process invoices, manage collections, reconcile month-end activity, resolve client inquiries, support key accounts and new rollouts, and assist with training and system testing.

Administer and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance), support open enrollment, process enrollments/changes, answer employee benefits and basic leave questions, coordinate with vendors and payroll, ensure compliance with COBRA/HIPAA/ACA, audit enrollment data, and deliver employee communications and presentations.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, interview, track candidates in HRIS, coordinate background checks and onboarding, maintain job descriptions and recruitment metrics, partner with hiring managers, and support HR projects and recruiting events.

Manage day-to-day line store operations for aviation MRO: inventory control, receipt/inspection/storage/issue of parts, cycle counting, KPI reporting, supplier returns/disposals, regulatory compliance, team leadership, rostering, and ensuring parts availability to meet maintenance schedules and aircraft release.

Monitor FAA operational sources to analyze national airspace system (NAS) impacts, produce traffic management forecasts/briefings, provide weather forecasts, recommend flight planning mitigations, and communicate NAS updates to operations and external stakeholders. Work onsite in the Global Command Center, collaborate with Flight Planning and NBAA ATS, and maintain industry best practices.

Design and govern enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions (apps, automations, dashboards) using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Azure integrations; lead requirements workshops, produce architecture and governance documentation, oversee testing and CI/CD, mentor teams, and ensure security, performance, and lifecycle management.
