This position requires an individual with a deep passion for and comprehensive understanding of corporate aviation, particularly as it relates to physical and book and claim fuel procurement, ground handling, FBO services & support, FBO standards and best practices, sustainability programs, emissions reporting, and long-term planning. The position will sit on both 4AIR and Everest Fuel teams, representing both and aligning teams by embedding directly with a key client. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality, procurement, and logistical coordination of jet fuel (both fossil and SAF), sustainability, decarbonization, emission reporting and long-term strategy along with all related aspects of ground operations and environmental sustainability that support the client’s global activities.
Success in the role demands consistent, direct collaboration with various levels and departments within the key client and its associated companies, including but not limited to Executive Management, Operations, Safety, Owner Services, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting. The ideal candidate must be able to manage these cross-functional relationships effectively while ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence across all touchpoints. This is a critical role in driving measurable emission reductions, advancing transparency and support, and shaping long-term fueling, FBO service, and sustainable strategies that influence the companies and its partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client regarding all aspects of FBO operations, sustainability initiatives, and fuel management.
- Maintain regular interaction with key client teams , quickly understand problems, design and implement solutions, and align offsite teams to support real time client needs
- Work with key client Accounting to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation of Fuel, FBO, and sustainability related transactions, coordinating with billing teams to track down discrepancies as needed
- Provide regular reporting and resolution of questions related to FBO fees, sustainability and invoicing.
- Maintain awareness of FBO service issues, identify and maintain performance trends, implement corrective actions, and communicate findings and results to Everest and key client management.
- Support long-term sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) strategy including sourcing, partnerships and pathways. Guide renewable energy strategies which may include PPAs, RECs and on-site solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and mechanisms to address all scopes of emissions.
- Lead alignment of climate disclosures in accordance to applicable frameworks.
- Translate evolving climate reporting and regulations and implications for key client.
- Support, scale and evaluate 4AIR and Everest technologies for scaling and advancing solutions.
- Advise on 4AIR internal inventory management tool for jet fuel and support development roadmap for internally developed tools.
- Engage with key client owner service requests for customer reporting as needed.
- Ensure key client marketing is accurately reporting its program and aligned with current program and coordinate with 4AIR marketing best practices to prevent greenwashing claims is maximizing its marketing ability based on initiatives managed by this role.
- Assist with supporting special event ground operations for the key client and its affiliated companies as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in aviation, logistics, or business.
- Aircraft fuel, sustainability, and FBO service experience required.
- Prior employment with a Part 91k company is highly desired.
