Lead the strategy, roadmap, and maturity for People Technology capabilities (primarily Workday). Serve as functional authority, govern standards and intake, approve solution approaches, lead cross-functional transformations, assess value/risk/scalability, partner with business leaders, monitor adoption, and mentor Senior Analysts to improve employee experience and operational effectiveness.

Lead design and delivery of Workday reporting, analytics, security, integrations, and data solutions. Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to manage enhancements, releases, testing, governance, and process automation to improve operations and team member experience.
