Serve as Hertz liaison and single point of contact for fleet partners. Manage accounts, support fleet account managers and new-hire trainings, assist through rental lifecycle from reservation to invoice, develop process improvements, and communicate with VP/C-level stakeholders to grow revenue and market share.

Participate in a hands-on Manager in Training program covering sales, operations, customer service, finance, fleet and people management. Support location sales goals and service excellence with a path to Branch Manager in 12–18 months.

Design and implement scalable backend systems and full-stack features for high-volume integrations with rideshare partners. Participate across the project lifecycle, collaborate with product and partners, mentor teammates, and drive process, automation, and architectural improvements.

Support the Strategic Partnerships team with partner-facing materials, reporting, event/tradeshow logistics, administrative processes, record maintenance, stakeholder liaison, onboarding, and special projects while handling confidential and executive-level communications with discretion.

Lead delivery of commercial data sources, build data models, implement Databricks, create Tableau dashboards and reports, partner with business and IT to translate requirements, conduct analysis to improve data quality, and provide training and support for commercial decision-making.
