The Corporate Sales Account Manager is a customer-focused, growth-oriented professional responsible for driving business development and maximizing revenue opportunities within the corporate segment. This role identifies and capitalizes opportunities to expand existing accounts, develop new business, and strengthen client relationships. The Corporate Sales Account Manager also communicates market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the assigned territory to support strategic decision-making. This position plays a critical role in advancing Hertz's growth initiatives by increasing revenue, enhancing customer engagement, and expanding the company's corporate customer base.
This role is responsible for Utah and Idaho, and its surrounding territory. Must reside in Utah or Idaho. No relocation assistance available. What You’ll Do:
Participate in B2B sales activities within the assigned territory, both in person and virtually, to increase market share and drive profitable revenue growth.
Generate new revenue opportunities by identifying high-potential prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers, and securing new corporate accounts headquartered within the assigned territory.
Partner with existing corporate accounts to expand relationships, support ongoing rental needs, and promote new and existing products, services, and programs.
Utilize technology, data, and professional networks to effectively prospect, develop opportunities, and grow the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate opportunities, challenges, and market trends impacting assigned accounts and develop strategic action plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in Salesforce, including documenting sales activities, managing opportunities, tracking pipeline progression, and recording customer interactions in a timely manner.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth objectives.
Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of one year of large account management experience required.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory.
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce experience preferred.
Valid U.S. driver's license required.
Service industry experience preferred.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Results-oriented with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
