Manages accounting and payroll operations, including bi-weekly payroll processing, journal entries, benefit reconciliations, financial statements, budgeting, billing, deposits, accounts payable, vendor payments, insurance renewals, compliance documentation, and payroll system administration. Supervises accounts payable activities, supports monthly closings, trains managers on payroll procedures, responds to staff and agency inquiries, and helps maintain effective financial controls and confidential processes.

Leads retail sales operations across an assigned banking market, manages branch goals, develops business, supports consumer and small-business lending, and oversees branch operations, compliance, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management. The role generates sales, promotes banking products and delivery channels, supports multiple branch locations, participates in community activities, and travels regularly throughout the market.

Processes high-volume legal documents, court orders, garnishments, subpoenas, bankruptcy notices, escheatment requests, and related banking matters. Reviews legal and regulatory requirements, researches account information, processes holds and releases, coordinates payments, communicates with courts and government agencies, maintains audit records, escalates complex issues, and supports compliance and workflow improvements.

Coordinates accounts payable activities, including invoice review, coding, payment processing, discrepancy resolution, grant expense tracking, reconciliations, accruals, 1099 documentation, audit support, and credit card expense review. Maintains accurate financial records, identifies potential errors or fraud, supports compliance and internal controls, manages finance communications, and assists with training and departmental coverage.

Manages complex federal and state corporate income tax compliance for C and S corporations, including Forms 1120 and 1120S, tax provisions under ASC 740, payments, apportionment, tax authority correspondence, and external advisor coordination. Partners with accounting, finance, and operational teams to research tax issues, support forecasts and strategic transactions, review tax accounting work, and ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Maintains accurate MLS home listings by updating pricing, statuses, photos, descriptions, documents, and marketing materials. Coordinates with sales, marketing, and construction teams, assists with listing activity reports, and provides general office and receptionist support in an on-site homebuilding environment.
