Lead full-cycle recruiting and build a scalable, AI-forward talent program for a portfolio of SaaS and MSP companies. Hands-on early-career electronics engineer supporting PCB reverse engineering, component-level troubleshooting, failure analysis, test development, prototype debugging, and basic embedded firmware work using C/Python and common lab equipment. Collaborates with engineering, production, and supply teams to modernize legacy boards and improve repair yield and reliability.

Performs journal entries, reconciliations, data entry, standard report preparation, routine compliance activities, and basic financial analysis. Supports finance team and leadership, uses reporting tools, interprets finance policies, and may own technical processes. Communicates results to stakeholders and assists with system-based accounting tasks.

Represent insurers in complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters. Design and integrate aircraft electrical and avionics systems: power distribution, wire harness routing, connector selection, load analysis, and EMI/EMC mitigation. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and ICDs, support flight test anomaly investigations, collaborate with structures/mechanical/systems teams, and contribute to airworthiness and flight authorization documentation.

Perform data processing, exploratory analysis, visualization, KPI design and reporting to support clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Build and validate analytical models, automate model deployment, conduct root cause analysis, create ad-hoc and periodic reports, and support business continuity planning, testing, training, and regulatory audits.

Manage customs bond applications, renewals, billings, and Powers of Attorney; monitor bond sufficiency; maintain regulatory records; liaise with customers, sureties, and internal teams; support compliance, operations, and continuous improvement to ensure uninterrupted import activity.
