About the role

As Syndio’s Partner Success Lead, Canada, you’ll play a central role in helping grow our Canadian customer base successfully implement, adopt and get lasting value from our software.

Based in Toronto, you’ll be a trusted advisor to customers and a key connection between their teams, Syndio and services partners including Deloitte and KPMG. You’ll develop a deep understanding of each customer’s goals, bring the right people together and guide the work from initial onboarding through deployment and ongoing adoption.

You’ll also help shape how Syndio serves Canadian organizations as we grow. The insights you gather will inform our product priorities, partner delivery approach and customer success practices.

Success is measured through successful deployments, product adoption, customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.
