Create and edit short-form social videos, motion graphics, and branded visuals. Produce reels, thumbnails, event highlights, and repurpose long-form content into bite-sized assets. Collaborate with founders to build a consistent, modern visual identity and stay current with social trends and AI creative tools.

Perform manual visual and functional QA across mobile apps, websites, and OTT platforms. Identify, reproduce, and document UI/UX issues and bugs, verify fixes, run regression tests, maintain test cases, respond to fan support reports, and collaborate with product, design, and dev teams to ensure polished releases.

Provide timely, courteous client support via phone and Intercom using standard procedures; document interactions; escalate when needed; participate in team meetings, training, and knowledge-base/content creation; contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused support team.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: run discovery and process mapping, scope pilots, build and demo pilots against customer workflows, own technical evaluations and security/integration questions, guide early testing, manage scope and handoffs to engineering, and create reusable demo assets and playbooks.

Support membership growth, engagement, and retention through front-desk presence, member outreach, tours, enrollment processing, program promotion, community outreach, and administrative duties. Track KPIs, follow cash-handling and confidentiality procedures, and maintain certifications for safety and first aid.

Support the CEO by managing complex calendars and travel, producing board and executive materials, tracking and closing action items, investigating meeting metrics using core systems, conducting financial analysis, building AI-assisted workflows with Claude, representing the CEO when absent, and providing discreet personal administrative support.

Manage office administrative functions including payroll, purchasing, vendor coordination, contract and invoice processing, data entry, mail distribution, equipment maintenance, and confidential recordkeeping. Support revenue adjustments and perform other assigned office duties in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Manage and underwrite indirect (dealer-originated) auto loan accounts, build dealer relationships to increase volume, service and collect on past-due loans, ensure proper documentation, interview applicants, analyze creditworthiness, approve loans within authority, and support loan committee and training.
