Lead Nissan's state and local government affairs efforts: track and lobby on non‑California legislation, negotiate incentives, engage trade associations and officials, advise internal stakeholders on policy risks and opportunities, and serve as subject matter lead on EV ecosystem, privacy, cybersecurity, and related regulatory issues.

Manage budgeting, vendor oversight, fleet tracking, reporting, cross-functional alignment, retailer training/support, program development, and financial analysis to improve retailer execution, off-lease recovery, and CPO performance.

Manage and design network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networking equipment, ensuring security and compliance.

Manage and support end-user computing and IT infrastructure: Windows environments, Azure VDI/Intune/Autopilot, image deployment, SCCM, AD, DNS/DHCP, Cisco VC, IT asset management and ServiceNow. Lead day-to-day operations, act as EUC escalation point, deploy Microsoft apps and OS migrations, and ensure customer satisfaction following ITIL practices.

Lead operational governance for product teams, drive incident management and post-incident improvements, manage vendor strategy and RTB budgeting, implement automation and resilience, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high availability and operational excellence.

Serve as liaison between banks, internal IS, and business partners to manage banking interfaces, FIS Integrity, Bloomberg Terminal, and treasury workstations.
