Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a INFINITI Senior Analyst - CPO & ICV to join our team in Franklin, TN.

This role manages daily operations and strategic direction for the INFINITI Courtesy Vehicle (ICV) program while also supporting the growth of the INFINITI Certified Pre Owned (CPO) department, retailer profitability, and off lease recovery values. The Sr. Analyst, ICV & CPO Strategy leads budgeting, vendor management, fleet tracking, reporting, and cross functional alignment for ICV, and provides analytical, operational, and field support for CPO and used vehicle initiatives. This dual role strengthens brand value, retailer execution, and long term customer loyalty.

A Day in the Life:

ICV, CPO, & Used‑Vehicle Program Management

  • ICV Incentive Budget - Develop and maintain the ICV incentive budget; manage monthly accruals and retailer payment processing.

  • Vendor Oversight - Manage vendors supporting ICV software, website, and insurance administration.

  • Program Strategy - Build monthly ICV strategy and publish program announcements to field teams and retailers.

  • Fleet Tracking - Maintain weekly, monthly, and annual fleet maturity/utilization reporting; support BP planning with volume and budget forecasts.

  • Reporting & Insights - Enhance reporting tools to improve visibility into budget, participation, and utilization; provide corrective actions where needed.

  • Executive support - Provide ICV/CPO reporting, ad hoc analysis and presentations, including program management and execution

  • Cross‑Functional Alignment - Partner with Finance, Remarketing, AP, IFS, Legal, Tax, Risk, and DND to ensure compliance, financing alignment, and smooth retailer transitions.

  • Retailer & Field Support - Provide ongoing guidance, training, and issue resolution for AGMs, DOMs, FOMs, FOSs, and retailers including management of ICV and CPO Support Inbox

  • Program Development - Lead ICV‑specific projects that enhance operational excellence and retailer execution.

  • CPO Performance Analysis - Analyze CPO metrics, market conditions, and retailer performance to identify opportunities.

  • INFINITI DAB and FVSC Support - Collaborate with INFINITI DAB and FVSC members to identify marketing and operational opportunities for CPO/ICV improvement and execution.

  • Retailer Opportunity Planning - Identify priority retailers for CPO/ICV improvement; develop corrective action plans for AGM and DOM execution.

  • Financial Impact Review - Evaluate certification, reconditioning, and used‑vehicle operations using dealer financial statements.

  • Marketing & Merchandising - Ensure retailers utilize INFINITI merchandising and POS materials to drive CPO sales.

  • IFS & Remarketing Alignment - Communicate APR programs, support off‑lease recovery value optimization, and assist with remarketing initiatives.

  • Program Expertise - Maintain expert knowledge of CPO and ICV policies, procedures, and best practices.

Who We're Looking for:

Required:

  • Six or more years of progressive experience in Sales Ops, Marketing, CPO/Used Vehicle operations, or retailer‑facing roles.

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college or university in a related field

  • Strong analytical capability and high proficiency using Excel; ability to interpret financial statements and operating reports.

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, and reporting tools.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross‑functional influence skills.

  • Ability to manage workload independently and drive strategic recommendations.

Desired:

  • FSM/FOM/DOM experience preferred

Travel:

Infrequent to moderate day and overnight travel.
