As a Sales Engineer, you will support the sales team by showcasing Fireblocks' platform, designing technical solutions, and addressing client needs in the digital assets industry.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services for high-volume multi-chain transaction flows. Lead integrations with DeFi protocols and blockchain nodes, own APIs and microservices from architecture to production, optimize performance and security, and collaborate across product and research to deliver features at scale.

Lead APAC sales operations to improve GTM efficiency and sales productivity. Deliver forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory design, CRM hygiene and enablement. Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, support BDR/SDR activities, run QBRs, and lead Salesforce/CPQ projects and special analyses to drive data-driven decisions.

Provide frontline technical support for Fireblocks' SaaS platform, resolving customer issues via Slack and other tools, escalating complex cases, participating in incident response, documenting cases, and contributing to process improvements. Work US-Pacific hours on a fixed Wed–Sun schedule after training, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success in crypto and DeFi environments.

Lead technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for large banks and financial institutions across design, integration, and deployment. Own transition from deal close to production, define security and API architecture, steer complex integrations (core banking, custody, tokenization, Travel Rule), support pre-sales, and codify reusable architectures and playbooks.

Provide commercial legal support for large SaaS transactions with financial institutions: draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, SOWs and NDAs; manage review cycles, structure risk and compliance provisions, use AI tools to streamline reviews, support vendor reviews and due diligence, and advise cross-functional stakeholders on commercial and regulatory risks.

Lead company-wide strategic finance including long-range planning, FP&A, investor relations, capital markets, and M&A support. Build financial models, KPIs, and executive reporting while partnering with the CFO and leadership to drive capital decisions, IPO-readiness, and AI-enabled finance transformation. Manage and mentor the finance team and support major strategic initiatives.

Design and build AI-driven systems, analyze large datasets, optimize LLM performance, manage business stakeholder projects, and ensure production-grade analytics solutions.

Design and implement native mobile SDKs for wallet functionality, focusing on performance, reliability, and API ergonomics. Own the SDK development lifecycle, including documentation and support. Collaborate on long-term architecture and ensure operational excellence.
