The Senior Client Advisor manages client relationships, oversees a team, and provides investment management, tax, and estate planning services, while leading business development efforts.

Provide proactive client service and relationship management for ultra-high net worth clients; coordinate with internal teams to implement investment programs, manage accounts, prepare client meeting materials, handle account administration and cash management, and ensure compliance and continuing education in trust administration and fiduciary matters.

Lead evaluation, implementation, and ongoing support of public website and intranet platforms. Define architecture, integrations, content models, and governance. Act as hands-on technical lead for configuration, scripting, development, and vendor coordination. Ensure secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems and oversee post-launch support and platform evolution while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Conduct fundamental, long-term equity research for a concentrated mid-cap long-only portfolio. Build and maintain financial models and proprietary forecasts, analyze company and industry fundamentals, engage management and experts, prepare research reports and presentation materials, and contribute to portfolio construction and investment decisions.

Lead and manage year-end tax reporting (Forms 1099, 1042-S, 1099-R, 5498), reconciliations, data validation, control activities, and process automation. Partner with business, operations, technology, and external stakeholders to resolve complex tax reporting issues, support system implementations, and drive data quality and efficiency improvements.

Provide high-touch service to ultra-high net worth clients: manage client communications, prepare meeting materials, support investment program implementation, handle account administration and cash management, and coordinate across tax, trust, and investment teams while maintaining compliance and continuing professional education.

Manage day-to-day office operations and receptionist duties, support the Regional Director and advisors, handle travel and expense reporting, coordinate vendor and facility management, assist onboarding, and organize client-facing events and communications to ensure a professional, well-run office.

The Client Advisor develops client relationships, oversees account management, coordinates investment management, and ensures trust administration for ultra-high net worth clients.

The Compensation Manager designs and manages compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business strategies while enhancing employee engagement.
