Bessemer Trust is seeking a Fee Operations & Analytics Intern to join the Data and Tax Operations team. This internship is designed for a curious, analytical, and technology-minded rising senior who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of financial services, data, technology, and operations.
The intern will work alongside the Fee Operations team to analyze financial and account data, support critical revenue-related processes, and identify opportunities to make those processes smarter and more efficient. The role will provide exposure to data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, financial systems, and process improvement, while giving the intern an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects used by the business.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain client fee arrangements for new and existing accounts.
- Analyze fee data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support fee calculations and gain an understanding of how client revenue is calculated, validated, and processed.
- Explore opportunities to improve and automate existing processes using Microsoft tools, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation.
- Gain exposure to financial services operations, business controls, data management, and the technology that supports them.
Preferred Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, systems, and financial concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $40.00 - $45.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. Application deadline is October 6th.
