The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions in financial services, manage product lifecycles, and ensure quality deliverables by working closely with engineering and vendors.

Prepare investment memos and present recommendations, actively monitor portfolio credits, manage relationships with sponsors and banks, identify secondary trading opportunities, support business development with sales and marketing, and collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams.

Support private equity transactions by coordinating and preparing transaction documentation, organizing and overseeing closings, maintaining closing sets and formation documents, responding to AML requests, liaising with counsel and clients, and handling ad hoc legal projects.

Assist in fundraising processes, manage capital activities, update marketing materials, analyze data, and coordinate communications for PIPCO platform.
