Provide EMEA legal and investment management support with a focus on ESG regulation. Advise on implementation of ESG laws, update internal compliance, draft and negotiate distribution and fund documentation, respond to RFP/marketing legal queries, and liaise with internal teams and outside counsel to support commercial and operational matters.

Design, build, and operate scalable observability platforms across cloud and on-prem systems. Implement telemetry (logs, metrics, traces, RUM, synthetic), SLOs, alerting, and automation; integrate with ITSM; reduce alert noise and improve incident response and reliability.

Lead design, build, and support full-stack .NET applications and integrations for fund and intermediary platforms. Own SDLC delivery, production support, performance tuning, platform modernization, and mentoring. Conduct fundamental credit analysis and generate investment ideas for tax-exempt and taxable municipal bond portfolios. Build financial models, write credit reports, present recommendations, and use data and emerging AI/automation tools to improve research, workflow automation, monitoring, and idea generation. Maintain sector relationships and collaborate with portfolio managers.
