Build and operate operational and transactional communications in Braze across email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, and in-app. Create multi-step Canvas journeys with Liquid personalization, validate audience segmentation and data mapping, ensure localization and rendering quality, enforce naming/tagging standards, complete pre-handoff checklists, and collaborate with lifecycle marketing and QA teams.
