Senior Product Manager | Working Capital (Enterprise Team)
What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
- Own the end-to-end Working Capital product strategy and roadmap globally - Capital Advance, Line of Credit, early pay and similar constructs.
- Drive the full credit product lifecycle: eligibility, offer creation, underwriting, disbursement, collections, and repeat/renewal — designing for speed, scale, and trust.
- Partner with Data Science and Risk to shape credit models and risk-based pricing.
- Lead geographic and currency expansion and deepen marketplace integrations.
- Define the north-star and success metrics and run experiments that move them.
- Collaborate across Data, Design, Engineering, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and GTM to translate strategy into shipped business outcomes.
Have You Done This Kind of Stuff?
- Strong 6+ years of experience delivering fintech, lending/credit, or platform products at scale, end-to-end from discovery to production.
- Proven ability to ship data-driven products in close partnership with Data Science and Risk (models, underwriting, pricing).
- Strong product sense and systems thinking across eligibility, offers, decisioning, and platform/API design.
- Fluency with metrics, experimentation, and funnel optimization to drive conversion and retention.
- Experience leading cross-functional squads in Agile product development environments.
Not a Must, but a Great Advantage
- Experience in NBFC/SMB/embedded lending, working capital, SME credit, or invoice/receivables financing.
- Exposure to global payments, cross-border flows, or marketplace ecosystems.
- Familiarity with credit risk, underwriting, collections, and cross-market regulatory considerations.
- Prior experience scaling products from growth to maturity, and standing up partner or marketplace platforms.
