Serves as a strategic HR advisor to executives and senior leaders, leading enterprise-wide people strategies, workforce planning, organizational design, change management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. The role oversees performance, compensation, employee relations, compliance, inclusion, and workforce analytics while coaching leaders and collaborating with global stakeholders to support business transformation and organizational growth.

Supports preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, regulatory filings, capital calculations, audits, and financial reporting processes under US GAAP and potentially IFRS. Reviews financing and accounting documentation, analyzes results, maintains reporting accuracy, supports controls and process improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Provides reporting support and mentorship to less experienced accountants.

Designs, deploys, operates, and maintains endpoint security solutions across workstations, servers, VDI, and mobile devices. Responsibilities include managing CrowdStrike Falcon, Symantec DLP, Skyhigh, and Zscaler technologies; monitoring telemetry and sensor health; troubleshooting endpoint issues; executing upgrades and migrations; supporting SIEM/SOAR integrations, malware coverage, automation, documentation, and security roadmap initiatives.
