The Director of IT Performance Management will strengthen the transparency, governance, and effectiveness of IT performance reporting across DTCC. This role leads the development and ongoing enhancement of IT Governance Metrics, supports the operation of the IT Governance Committee, and serves as Product Owner of the IT Metrics Portal. Through strong data governance, stakeholder collaboration, and continued advancement of automation and AI, this leader will improve how IT performance is measured, communicated, and used to support management and governance decisions.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the IT Performance Management function, including governance metrics, performance reporting, and related policies, procedures, and controls.
- Partner with senior technology leaders, governance stakeholders, regulators, and control functions to strengthen performance insights across the IT organization.
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of the IT Metrics Portal, ensuring it delivers a centralized, scalable, and user-friendly experience for IT performance insights.
- Lead the evolution of the IT Governance Metrics, driving continuous improvement, industry benchmarking, Board reporting alignment, and increased adoption of automation and AI capabilities.
- Oversee preparation and coordination of monthly IT Governance Metrics presentations for the IT Governance Committee and Technology and Cyber Committee
- Lead the administration and operating rhythm of the IT Governance Committee, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, managing agendas and materials, documenting minutes, and submitting required materials to regulators.
- Coordinate the IT Governance Committee’s annual self-assessment and charter refresh.
- Manage responses to ad hoc regulatory requests and support periodic internal audits, external audits, and regulatory examinations.
- Lead annual updates to the IT Performance Management Policy and Procedure, the IT Governance Committee Charter, and the Technology and Cyber Committee Charter.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
