Build and maintain Snowflake-based transformation pipelines to produce governed, analytics-ready fact and dimension tables. Enforce data quality, performance tuning, and access controls. Support semiconductor equity research coverage by building and maintaining earnings and valuation models, analyzing industry trends, producing regular written research, developing marketing materials, cultivating management and industry relationships, and communicating stock views to institutional investors and internal stakeholders.

Handle daily booking, trade confirmations and position monitoring for equities and/or fixed income. Resolve exceptions and queries in time‑critical environments. Plan and execute new projects, contribute domain knowledge to improve processes, and communicate with stakeholders using strong PC and Microsoft Office skills. Fluent Japanese and business English required.

Support and enhance the Geneva portfolio management platform and related Windows applications. Integrate Geneva for inputs/outputs/reporting, develop new modules, test and deploy code, resolve production issues, and collaborate with business users to deliver requirements.

Provide administrative support to Investment Banking team: coordinate domestic and international travel, manage Concur expense reports, track receipts, handle ad hoc administrative tasks, and maintain organization across multiple requests and deadlines.

Lead enterprise CMDB governance and ITOM transformation using ServiceNow. Configure Discovery, ITOM Visibility, Service Mapping, event management, integrations, and custom apps. Drive data integrity remediation, platform governance, stakeholder communication, training, and large-scale program delivery to improve service reliability, incident response, and compliance.
