Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CMDB governance across a large enterprise environment, including CI class modeling, naming conventions, relationship mapping standards, and lifecycle processes that establish the CMDB as the authoritative source of truth for ITSM, ITOM, security operations, and compliance

  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow Discovery, ITOM Visibility, and Service Mapping to enable real-time infrastructure impact analysis and service dependency mapping

  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and adoption programs that drive platform usage and improve data quality practices across teams
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex platform issues, providing expert guidance on configuration, customization, and troubleshooting across all ServiceNow modules

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise ServiceNow experience with deep expertise in CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping
  • Proven CMDB governance leadership with demonstrated experience owning enterprise-scale CMDB frameworks, including CI class design, reconciliation logic, data quality controls, and audit readiness
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations including Service Graph Connectors, REST APIs, and iPaaS platforms to connect ServiceNow with diverse enterprise systems
  • ITIL fluency with strong working knowledge of ITIL-aligned service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management)
  • Program delivery at scale with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across global business units, balancing strategic priorities with operational execution
  • Executive presence and excellent stakeholder communication skills, including executive reporting, cross-functional facilitation, and the ability to translate technical complexity into business value
  • Strategic execution discipline to see the big picture and develop comprehensive roadmaps, while obsessing over the details that make programs successful
  • Natural collaborator who builds trust across technical and business teams, navigates organizational complexity with empathy, and influences without authority
  • Outcome-driven mindset that measures success by business value delivered—improved service reliability, faster incident response, better compliance posture—not just tickets closed or projects launched
  • Curious and adaptable professional who stays ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices, bringing innovative thinking to solve complex problems

Preferred Qualifications
