Conduct office visits, review securities activity, correspondence, and regulatory documentation; serve as escalation contact; use data and reporting tools to identify needs and improve processes; partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives. Requires travel ~8-10 weeks/year and applicable FINRA licenses.

Provide supervisory guidance and compliance support to financial professionals and offices, review supervisory reports and licensing matters, oversee direct reports, support recruiting and supervisory visits, process exception reporting, troubleshoot stakeholder issues, and participate in projects to improve processes while ensuring alignment with firm policies and regulatory expectations.

Design and develop learner-centered, multi-modal training and performance support materials. Translate complex content into accessible learning solutions, manage multiple projects end-to-end, partner with stakeholders and SMEs, use AI responsibly to improve workflows, and contribute to design standards, templates, and QA practices.

Lead end-to-end M&A transactions as the central coordinator, aligning strategy, due diligence, execution, and integration. Drive cross-functional accountability across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and business units, maintain M&A playbooks and governance, track transaction progress and value realization, and advise executive leadership on risks and decisions.

Maintain and verify client and account data accuracy through data entry, research, troubleshooting, quality control, and cross‑department collaboration. Support onboarding, training, and special projects while responding to stakeholder inquiries.

Serve as subject matter expert for complex investment operations issues, researching and resolving account, money movement, trading, and fraud matters. Interpret legal/account documentation, evaluate transactions for risk and compliance, partner with custodians and sponsors to correct errors, and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
