You will own product strategy and execution within assigned scope; directly deliver product capabilities; and work closely with cross-functional partners on readiness and adoption. This role does not have direct people-management responsibilities.

What You Will Do

·         Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities based on customer value, business impact, feasibility, risk, effort, confidence, dependencies, and time-to-value.

·         Lead discovery, experimentation, MVP definition, delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement for assigned product(s).

·         Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog of outcomes, epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, instrumentation, controls, and adoption requirements.

·         Support governance by translating risk, privacy, security, legal, and compliance expectations into practical product requirements.

·         Define product scorecards and manage to outcomes such as adoption, satisfaction, productivity, quality, and risk.

·         Drive adoption with internal associates and external users, as applicable, through readiness, communications, learning, onboarding, support, and feedback loops.

·         Create executive-ready strategy narratives, investment cases, roadmaps, priority recommendations, decision logs, and performance updates.

·         Use Azure DevOps to maintain clear backlog hierarchy, priority, traceability, dashboards, reporting, and execution visibility.

What We Are Looking For

·         5+ years of progressive product management, product ownership, or related experience.

·         Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, OKRs, delivery, adoption, and value realization for complex enterprise products or platforms.

·         Working knowledge of enterprise platforms and governance concepts relevant to the assigned product area(s).

·         Excellent discovery, prioritization, analytical, and investment-case skills.

·         Exceptional ability to influence without authority and communicate complex choices to executives, technical partners, governance functions, and business stakeholders.

·         Experience driving adoption and organizational change across diverse user populations.

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
