We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, Azure) to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions. You will work across both front-end and back-end systems, leveraging tools like React, Angular, and SQL to deliver high-
performance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Azure App Services, Functions, Blob Storage, SQL Database, and Key Vault.
- Build responsive front-end interfaces using React and robust back-end services with .NET (C#).
- Design and execute automated tests using Playwright and Bruno to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Optimize database queries and manage data integrity in SQL Server.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the financial services domain.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between internal applications and enterprise platforms including Workday, CRM systems, financial planning platforms, and other third-party SaaS solutions.
- Build and support scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations to enable secure data exchange across operational systems.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#), React, and SQL.
- Experience with test automation tools like Playwright and Bruno.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and data protection in financial applications.
Location: Hybrid attendance (3x/week in-office) at one of our office locations: Phoenix, AZ, Des Moines or Fairfield, IA

Skills Required
- 10+ years of AEM development experience
- Custom AEM component development and platform integrations
- Proficiency in Java
- Proficiency in HTL
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Experience with HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with Angular and React
- 2+ years of .NET experience to support integration and backend services
- Experience integrating AEM with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms
- AEM administration experience, including configuring workflows and permissions
- Experience with Agile practices, version control, and CI/CD processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Located near Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ and willing to work hybrid (three days/week)
