Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA, developers, and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements in an Agile environment
Customize and extend AEM functionality, AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices
Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods
Configure AEM workflows for content approval and publishing.
Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions
Provide technical support, deployment, troubleshooting, and guidance to team members and stakeholders
Document technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure code meets established standards and project requirements
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of AEM development experience, including custom component development and platform integrations, with strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and related technologies. They are familiar with front-end languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, Angular, and React, and understand how to integrate these with AEM and external systems like .NET RESTful APIs and third-party platforms. They possess solid knowledge of AEM administration, Agile practices, version control, and CI/CD processes, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable them to collaborate effectively and convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Salary Range: $130,000-145,000
Location: Hybrid in either Phoenix, AZ, Fairfield, IA, or Des Moines, IA

Work Environments: This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule. Cambridge is not considering remote candidates for this role at this time.
