Leads business solutions architecture across multiple domains, translating business strategy and requirements into scalable solutions and enterprise roadmaps. Partners with product, delivery, business, and technical leaders to align implementation strategies, influence architecture decisions, optimize capabilities, and advise executives. The role advances business architecture practices, presents recommendations, and drives cross-functional alignment across organizational boundaries.

Develop advanced data science and AI/ML solutions using complex healthcare data. Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, NLP, and LLM techniques, including RAG and prompt optimization. Build production-ready workflows integrating models with APIs, data pipelines, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms. Analyze data quality and model performance, communicate findings to technical and executive audiences, and collaborate across product, engineering, clinical, technology, and business teams.

Drives market intelligence, product positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and product adoption. Conducts competitive research, develops personas and messaging, supports product launches, creates sales enablement materials, evaluates pricing and packaging, and analyzes performance metrics. Lead client and supplier partnerships to advance nonacute spend management strategies. Develop and execute account and project plans, drive revenue growth, shift spend on-contract, use analytics to influence decisions, coordinate cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and maintain Salesforce documentation.

Analyze and organize healthcare supply purchase and contracting data to identify gaps, validate accuracy, apply contract and benchmark information, and produce customized client reporting.
