Manage payment portal implementations through the full project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, requirements analysis, solution configuration, change management, client communication, training coordination, and handoff to support. Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements, manage month- and year-end close, oversee Israel payroll and VAT compliance, support audits, intercompany reconciliations, financial analysis, and localisations for finance systems while collaborating with global teams.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS banking customers to drive adoption, retention, and growth. Serve as primary contact, proactively resolve issues, track health metrics, enable cross-functional success, and identify upsell opportunities through consultative engagement and data-driven insights.
