As a founding member of the Observability team, you'll build and integrate observability solutions, ensuring system reliability and performance while mentoring others and driving automation.

Focus on DACH accounts with occasional onsite visits to Germany.

Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic decisions, own end-to-end BizOps projects, analyze messy data into executive recommendations, produce competitive/market analyses, support launches and operating rhythms, and run recurring planning and OKR processes to help Retool scale.

The role involves prospecting target accounts, mentoring junior team members, conducting discovery calls, and achieving sales metrics to drive awareness for Retool's products.

Design and build internal tools and automate workflows to streamline operations, eliminate manual work, and improve efficiency across teams.

Lead a small team to design, run, and measure scaled GTM customer programs. Own sprint cadence, telemetry/scoreboard, productized GTM assets, cross-functional coordination, and coaching to drive adoption and revenue impact.
