The Marketing Intern will assist in content creation, editing, social media support, data management, and translation oversight, contributing to brand marketing efforts.

Manage transactional sales for CNC and 3D printing lines: qualify leads, progress opportunities, conduct discovery calls and presentations, use CRM to track pipeline, support demand-generation events, and maintain customer relationships to meet sales targets.

Manage transactional sales for CNC and 3D printing service lines: generate and qualify leads, progress opportunities, conduct discovery calls and customer meetings, maintain CRM records, support marketing events, respond to sales inquiries, and meet sales and pipeline targets while collaborating with internal teams.

Manage transactional sales for CNC and 3D printing service lines: generate and nurture leads, conduct discovery calls and presentations, progress opportunities through the pipeline, support marketing events, use CRM to track interactions and metrics, and meet/exceed sales targets while coordinating with internal teams.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; build DOMO visualizations; assist budgeting, planning, and forecasting; consolidate budgets, develop assumptions, and create management presentations; perform trend and variance analysis to deliver actionable financial insights.

Manage and optimise the HubSpot CRM, Marketing and Sales Hubs including users, roles, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene. Build dashboards and reports for GTM leaders, translate stakeholder requirements into platform configurations, support sales process automation, and enable GTM motions. Serve as primary HubSpot contact, create documentation, provide training, and collaborate with RevOps, IT, and Finance on cross-functional CRM projects.

Lead integration-level testing across cross-functional programs: define E2E testing strategy, coordinate execution, mentor engineers, drive integration validation for ERP systems (Dynamics AX/365), and promote testing best practices and CI/CD across teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend pricing services, own end-to-end SDLC, collaborate with Product and Data, lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance and CI/CD, and ensure pricing systems meet compliance and SLA targets.

Build, deploy, and maintain ML models for real-time pricing in a two-sided digital manufacturing marketplace. Develop demand/supply, cost-estimation, forecasting, and routing probability models; design training and inference pipelines on AWS; run offline experiments and monitor production models. Collaborate cross-functionally, feature-engineer geometric and historical data, and mentor mid/junior engineers to improve pricing automation and performance.

Support and scale internal and external applications by provisioning, configuring, operating, and maintaining CI/CD, version control, build pipelines, high-availability systems, load balancers, and automation. Mentor teammates, promote SRE practices, participate in on-call rotations, and improve deployment stability through automation.
