Manage end-to-end invoicing for completed field service work. Communicate with service partners to obtain missing documentation, audit scopes of work, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, validate pricing and billable parties, process retroactive non-covered service requests, and collaborate with accounting to approve invoices and close work orders within required timelines.

Lead end-to-end accounting for multi-entity US and Australian operations: consolidations, monthly/quarterly/annual close, audit readiness, tax and compliance, controls, and systems. Own external audit, bank covenants, investor reporting, and accounting technology roadmap (NetSuite, automation, AI). Manage and develop a 4-8 person team and partner with cross-functional leaders and the CFO.

Own and scale the corporate three-statement financial model; lead monthly/quarterly forecasting; build scenario plans; analyze financial performance; prepare executive and board reporting; partner with Accounting and business leaders to drive financial alignment and tool/process improvements.
