Support PUMA’s B2B digital wholesale platform by organizing and publishing product and campaign content, coordinating digital assets, maintaining calendars and workflows, monitoring content performance, resolving quality issues, documenting processes, and supporting MyPUMA.biz content initiatives.

Supports sportstyle footwear product line management through international market and competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and collaboration with merchandising, design, and development teams. Helps drive product creation according to the go-to-market calendar, presents product lines to partners and key accounts, prepares international meetings, and maintains accurate PAC system data.

Execute global logistics strategies, projects, and operational tasks; optimize worldwide import deliveries; support import-related requests and escalations; coordinate with sales subsidiaries and logistics service providers; create and maintain SOPs and inbound guidelines; review KPIs, analyze performance issues, recommend improvements, conduct cost analysis, and provide functional guidance and onboarding support.

Supports footwear product line management across APAC by maintaining product creation systems, line lists, masterfiles, design files, and market data. Conducts trend, competitor, pricing, sell-in, and sell-through analysis; coordinates samples, costing, fitting comments, legal name checks, and product information uploads. Assists with quarterly market updates, costing archives, team coordination, and department head support.

Manage PUMA North America’s marketing budget through forecasting, reporting, monthly budget meetings, accruals, and month-end processes. Serve as the primary finance partner to Marketing, maintain budgeting documentation and tracking processes, onboard new team members, support warehousing budgeting, and contribute to ad hoc financial projects.

Coordinate global content initiatives across campaigns, promotions, channels, and markets. Consolidate stakeholder requirements into content plans and briefs, align messaging and visual assets, coordinate agencies and creative partners, track production timelines and approvals, manage localization and delivery risks, and prepare reusable global content packages for regional activation.

Lead regional and global HR rewards programs, including job architecture, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, salary structures, pay ranges, annual merit planning, governance, compliance, and rewards analytics. Partner with HR Business Partners and senior business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, market-aligned compensation across the region.

Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and continuous enhancement of PUMA’s global ARGOS digital governance platform. Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized features; collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, external partners, and development teams; lead testing, deployments, adoption, and process improvements; evaluate AI capabilities; and track KPIs for platform adoption, efficiency, and business impact.

Design Sportstyle footwear concepts, colorways, material executions, renderings, tech packs, and account presentations. Translate retail partner briefs into commercially relevant products, research trends, review prototypes, and collaborate with product management and development teams to meet seasonal milestones and account objectives.

Supports product managers with special make-up products, market and competitor research, sales and forecast analysis, product creation timelines, go-to-market execution, and key account preparation. Collaborates with merchandising, design, and development teams to align products with market and retailer needs. Maintains product data in PUMA systems, supports sample organization, and assists with international product presentations. This is a six-month limited-term role.
