Coordinates customer and SMETA ethical trade audits across plant sites, including scope planning, scheduling, documentation review, risk evaluation, findings remediation, corrective action management, regulatory research, reporting, and internal training. Collaborates with plants, auditors, customers, and corporate teams to support compliance initiatives and manage multiple audit-related projects.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of payroll processing and payroll tax experience.

Responsible for growing profitable sales across restaurant and food service accounts in the Nashville territory. Duties include retaining and acquiring customers, negotiating contracts, evaluating profitability, conducting site and equipment surveys, coordinating installations, using CRM systems, resolving complaints, and collaborating with Operations and Logistics. The role requires restaurant-industry sales experience, customer relationship management, data-driven communication, and travel up to 50%.

Participates in a formal management training program with classroom instruction, department rotations, evaluations, and projects. Supports store management with interviewing, hiring, employee training, sales and inventory analysis, competitive market monitoring, and profitability initiatives. Trainees work across marketing, sales, customer service, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel functions while developing organizational and management skills.

Leads strategic partnerships, service-line development, and business growth initiatives across the restaurant ecosystem. Collaborates with restaurant and executive leaders, manages programs and budgets, monitors KPIs, develops market opportunities, forecasts expenses, and drives strategic implementation and change. Maintains relationships, evaluates competitive forces, and ensures service-line programs meet financial and operational objectives.

Supports daily general accounting, cash management, general ledger activity, month-end close, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, sales and use tax filings, fixed assets, SOX controls, audits, and budget variance analysis. Requires knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements, along with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Occasional travel of approximately 5–10% is required.

Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, capital expenditure tracking, and goods-flow forecasting. Maintain Hyperion planning systems, support and train local controllers, analyze plant and business-unit performance, and provide actionable recommendations to management. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and company policies. Travel may comprise up to 20%.

Processes customer orders, verifies pricing and order accuracy, maintains sales records, and supports sales managers. Coordinates with logistics, accounting, plant, quality assurance, and customers regarding deliveries, corrections, claims, contracts, invoices, and documentation. Provides reporting, accounts receivable follow-up, international transaction support, and administrative coordination for sales operations.
