Support and improve manufacturing and production processes for gas chromatography analyzers. Design assembly and test fixtures, perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations, submit change requests, update drawings, perform CAD modeling, and collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D, and Field Service to ensure product reliability and hazardous-area compliance.

Creates and validates mechanical designs, technical drawings, calculations, schematics, and documentation supporting sales, engineering, and manufacturing. Manages design databases, performs QA checks, selects materials, evaluates simulations, and maintains compliance with ISO, ASME, API, and other quality standards. The role also supports product shipment approval and requires strong technical documentation, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Manage pulp, energy, and circularity service projects, including scopes, proposals, schedules, budgets, contractors, vendors, customer relationships, deliverables, warranties, maintenance, outages, and contract compliance. Provide on- and off-site project support, participate in sales visits, and coordinate with Field Service, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Project Management teams. Travel may reach 50%, with possible international assignments.

Design mechanical components and machine sections for tissue machines, producing detailed drawings and technical documentation for purchasing, manufacturing, and assembly. Translate customer requirements into practical solutions, collaborate with engineering, project, production, and pre-assembly teams, and support projects from design through delivery. Contribute to product development, maintenance, and continuous improvement while occasionally traveling for customer projects.

Develop and maintain automation solutions for procurement and supply chain processes. Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, automate purchase orders, RFQs, approvals, supplier communications, reporting, and exception management. Build alerts and integrations using analytics, workflow automation, APIs, RPA, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform tools. Measure improvements in efficiency, cycle time, data quality, adoption, and productivity while collaborating cross-functionally with Procurement, IT, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.

Reviews customer inquiries, sizes and selects valves, actuators, and spares, prepares techno-commercial quotations, verifies technical and legal requirements, responds to customer queries, tracks offer progress in ERP, prepares forecasts, coordinates inspections and approvals, and hands converted orders to the contracts team.

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, track actuals vs. estimates and plans, analyze variances, provide actionable recommendations, and ensure performance, risk control, and business objectives are supported across the organization.

Manage and grow strategic customer accounts by aligning with customer objectives, expanding scope, coordinating client-facing activities, driving orders and collections, promoting lifecycle solutions, documenting customer needs into sales/development projects, guiding internal teams to bundle value solutions, and executing the sales process.

Lead procurement for assigned categories and suppliers: negotiate pricing, maintain ERP pricing/item data, develop supplier relationships, monitor performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive cost-effective sourcing and policy compliance.

Perform process engineering across sales and delivery phases, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement. Execute basic and detailed engineering tasks, support design reviews, manage risks/costs, standardize processes, and support project teams to meet contract and performance goals.
