- Description：
Prepare and analyze monthly/annual financial statements in financial reporting system.
Track actuals vs monthly estimation & annual planning, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure the correct support to the business considering performance, risk control and business objectives are achieved throughout the organization
- Requirement：
Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA a plus.
5+ years in Controlling/FP&A/General Accounting.
Strong analytical skills along with business fluent in written and spoken English.
Experience in Hyperion Financial Reporting Management system and excellent PowerPoint & Excel and Power BI skills. Specify the skills.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders (business leaders, operations, HR, GFO) and external stakeholders & partners.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
