The role requires independent work, collaboration with operations and administrative teams, travel to client locations and events, and use of a personal vehicle.

The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staffing and routing, conduct inspections, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Manage and support outside sales reps in the Dallas district by developing local sales strategies, executing price-increase initiatives, training on CRM (ARES), approving commissions, and coaching for career advancement to drive organic growth and retention.
