Manage assigned customer accounts to drive margins and market share through solution selling. Qualify prospects, capture opportunities (including reverse logistics/ITAD), collect and process excess lists, maintain account data integrity, coordinate with internal teams for referrals, and organize account reviews and action items.

Sell Arrow's electronic components and supply-chain solutions by building customer, supplier, and partner relationships; identify technical needs, create demand, drive product selection, execute solution selling, visit customer sites, maintain product and supplier knowledge, and support account development and design registration.

Provide customer support via email and phone, prepare price offers, manage orders and leads, build supplier-customer relationships, use Arrow ordering systems, achieve monthly sales quotas, and document customer activity.

Support customers on low-power IoT wireless SoCs (WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Thread) and ARM-based application processors. Provide pre/post-sales technical consulting, drive design wins, collaborate with sales and suppliers, run trainings and events, and mentor junior engineers while participating in sales compensation plans.

Manage and grow customer accounts for semiconductor components by acting as a trusted advisor. Follow up on quotes, negotiate and close deals, identify upsell opportunities, execute targeted sales campaigns, and address supply challenges. Collaborate with internal teams, use CRM and analytics to track performance, maintain accurate records, and meet revenue and profitability targets.

Lead end-to-end delivery of Treasury and Finance technology initiatives as Scrum Master. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive sprint execution, coordinate testing and deployments, engage stakeholders, manage risks and impediments, report team metrics to executives, and coach teams on Agile practices and value-driven delivery.
