Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to global customers via phone, email and live chat. Troubleshoot, replicate and resolve complex network/security incidents, manage multiple high-priority issues, and maintain vendor product knowledge through training and accreditation.

Provide production support and enhancements for Oracle R12 Supply Chain (OTC/PTP), troubleshoot issues, perform SQL-based root cause analysis, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, mentor teammates, and drive process improvements to maintain system reliability.

Support sales by processing quotations, providing customer support, delivering accurate competitive pricing, gathering market and competitor intelligence, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting customers with datasheets, certificates, and stock/parts requests.

Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver an AI-powered SaaS data platform. Own product vision, roadmap, APIs, data services, and platform capabilities. Drive customer discovery, prioritization, GTM, launches, adoption, and platform monitoring.
