Manage assigned accounts for Southern Ohio, drive solution selling and margin growth, qualify leads, process excess inventory, collaborate with Arrow teams, and maintain account data and reviews.

Perform basic warehouse functions under supervision including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, labeling, WMS tasks, transport/staging of product, and maintaining work and product storage areas while following safety and ESD procedures.

Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, oversee the quote-to-order process, coordinate RFQs and inventory, meet profitability targets and KPIs, and build long-term customer partnerships while ensuring accurate pricing and order fulfilment.

Manage assigned sales territory by identifying markets and new customers, developing strategic account plans, selling Arrow's products and value-added supply chain services, maintaining supplier and customer relationships, preparing and leading quarterly business reviews, and using sales tracking systems to drive revenue growth.

Manage and grow customer accounts by acquiring new customers, rebuilding neglected relationships, identifying high-growth opportunities, and matching Arrow solutions to customer needs. Develop strategic sales/marketing plans, coordinate global transactions, and engage with decision-makers including C-level executives to drive revenue and margins.

Design and execute SystemVerilog/UVM verification environments: plan verification, write constrained-random and directed tests, measure and close coverage, run gate-level sims, and automate regressions. Work includes C-based processor-in-loop tests, emulation, memory/MMU and DSP/memory-subsystem verification, and power-aware/formal methodologies when applicable.

Drive cybersecurity pre-sales: design and present Palo Alto Networks solutions (NGFW, Prisma/SASE, Cortex), run demos and PoCs, translate customer needs into architectures, support sales through the opportunity lifecycle, collaborate with partners and BDMs, and participate in enablement and demand-generation.

Manage after-sales quality and returns processes: investigate delivery discrepancies, handle customer/supplier returns and credits, manage scrapping and quality blocks, support transportation claims and ERP testing, drive process improvements and coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to meet service level agreements.

Manage execution and administration of executive compensation programs including salary, annual and long-term incentives, and equity. Support governance, proxy disclosures, analytics, modeling, and audit-ready documentation. Maintain data integrity across systems, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive process discipline and scalability for executive compensation operations.

Develop and verify Flight Management System software for avionics: derive high- and low-level requirements from system requirements, analyze system architecture, create and execute test cases/procedures, generate test reports, build support utilities, perform dry runs and RFS activities, and collaborate with team members onsite in Cedar Rapids.
