Business analyst for pan-EMEA finance & operations ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/D365). Drive finance process harmonization, gap analysis, validate functional specs, lead UAT and sign-offs, support system migrations, implement finance add-on tools, deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

Design and develop hardware from concept through production for microcontroller-based systems. Create analog and mixed-signal circuits, power supplies, and manage signal integrity. Use EDA tools for schematic/PCB design, validate prototypes with lab equipment, ensure EMI/EMC compliance (automotive), and collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and test teams to ensure manufacturability and robustness.

Lead ERP integration efforts for Microsoft Dynamics AX/Business Central: gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, coordinate development, support testing and go-live, provide stakeholder communication, presales support, reporting, and post-implementation optimization.

Develop embedded software in C/C++ for Linux/RTOS platforms, implement device drivers (CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C, USB, timers, displays, memory), work with STM32/ESP32/Renesas MCUs, and debug using emulators, JTAG/BDM tools.

Design and verify ASIC RTL using Verilog/SystemVerilog, EDA flows and industry interfaces (PCIe, AXI/APB). Develop scripts, apply low-power UPF, CDC and STA techniques, and use Fusion Compiler/Design Compiler toolchains. Collaborate with customers and report progress while ensuring design signoff and timing closure.

Responsible for DFT implementation for 3nm/5nm networking SoCs and IPs: RTL checks, scan insertion, ATPG (compressed/uncompressed), pattern simulation, MBIST and JTAG insertion/verification, silicon debug/bring-up, automation and scripting (Perl/Shell/TCL), and low-power DFT work.

Lead and own design verification activities: define verification strategy, develop and run verification environments and testbenches, mentor engineers, coordinate with design teams, track verification progress, and ensure product meets functional and timing requirements.

Own assigned accounts: develop strategic plans, cultivate customer and supplier relationships, sell Arrow offerings including supply chain and lifecycle services, run QBRs, and use Salesforce/Oracle for sales tracking to grow revenue.

Perform outbound lead generation and qualification for public sector clients, schedule meetings between clients and government customers, maintain CRM records, meet monthly targets, and participate in sales compensation plans.

Outbound hunter-focused role generating pipeline by targeting Telcos, MSPs, and IT distributors. Evangelize ArrowSphere for automating cloud transactions (AWS, Google Compute, Microsoft 365), convert campaigns into qualified opportunities, partner with global sales and marketing, and use modern sales and CRM tools to engage accounts.
