Facilitates requirements workshops with legal and business stakeholders, translates contracting needs into workflows and controls, manages scope and risks, advises clients, mentors consultants, and supports presales activities.

Evaluates and modernizes legal operations workflows through AI-driven automation, vendor spend analytics, billing review, performance dashboards, and standardized reporting. The role manages e-billing and legal spend data, documents workflows and model outputs, supports responsible AI adoption, and partners with legal, finance, procurement, and technology teams on vendor management and operational improvements.

Configure and deliver Ironclad CLM solutions, including workflows, templates, approval processes, contract schemas, clause libraries, playbooks, and automation. Translate client requirements and solution designs into scalable configurations, support integrations and data migration, conduct testing and UAT, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to client training and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, technical teams, and clients in an iterative delivery environment.

Supports strategic decision-making through market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, KPI development, and executive presentations. Designs and governs secure, scalable integrations across enterprise applications, legal technology platforms, cloud and on-premise systems. Leads architecture discovery, API and middleware implementation, integration standards, monitoring, security, data governance, troubleshooting, and technical design assurance.
