Drive regional pipeline and new customer acquisition for Fortinet Security services. Manage services sales, forecast in CRM, demo platforms, engage C-level customers and partners, negotiate and close deals, develop business plans, and scale growth through channel partnerships while meeting revenue and satisfaction goals.

Prospect and qualify leads by researching customers and decision-makers, using intent and contact-discovery tools. Schedule qualified appointments, meet call and pipeline targets, maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop strategic approaches. Provide second-level pre-sales technical support across APAC/EMEA for switching and IAM/NAC solutions. Design solutions for RFPs/RFIs, lead technical demos/POCs/workshops, assist field SEs, produce sales technical collateral, relay customer requirements to Product Management, analyze project trends, and travel regionally as required. Must cover at least two of three product areas (Switching, IAM, NAC).

Provide technical account management and support for LATAM customers: collect and analyze network/configuration/packet-trace data, recommend actions, run upgrade tests in lab, create best-practice documentation, conduct webinars/workshops and status reports, manage technical cases to resolution, and deliver direct email/phone support.

Pre-sales and post-sales technical resource for Fortinet SLED accounts: qualify leads, support sales calls and demos, resolve technical issues with support/engineering, provide training, and travel across the territory to support customers.

Lead enterprise sales for large "giga" accounts: develop executive relationships, drive consultative selling, onboard new clients, create account and tender plans, coordinate technical and channel resources, and run quarterly business reviews to grow Fortinet solutions adoption.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation for Fortinet endpoint solutions. Troubleshoot FortiClient/FortiGate and core products, collect and analyze system/config data, reproduce customer environments, liaise with QA/dev, manage case escalations and customer communications, and provide technical education and corrective recommendations.

Serve as a technical advisor in presales: gather customer requirements, design solutions with Fortinet products, deliver demos, PoCs, trainings, and enable sales and partners to accelerate deals.

Drive SASE business growth in Japan through land-and-expand strategies across enterprise, mid-market, and public sector accounts. Prospect new opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, collaborate with sales, presales, partners, and product teams, support RFI/RFP responses and tailored proposals, and contribute to territory and account strategy. Travel within territory required.

Build, validate, and maintain multi-product cybersecurity demo, training, and QA labs. Lead cross-product integration, migrate demos to private cloud, perform hands-on validation, and support technical sales, partners, and training with CI/CD, cloud, and security tooling.
