Provide post-sales technical escalation and DevOps support for Fortinet deployments in virtualized and cloud environments. Troubleshoot tickets, reproduce customer issues in test environments, develop best practices, document recurring problems, and advise product and documentation teams on interoperability and optimal configurations. May include occasional after-hours on-call support in the future.

Provide technical pre-sales support to channel partners in Poland: lead RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, manage POCs, design and present Fortinet-based security solutions, act as primary technical contact, and coordinate with sales and internal teams to close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Create and maintain QA test environments, write and execute tests, reproduce and troubleshoot bugs with developers, and participate in bug fixing to improve software reliability.

Support regional account managers as the technical lead for pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales. Qualify leads, present technical solutions, answer customer and partner questions on features and integrations, resolve technical issues with support and engineering, and provide post-sales training. Focus on networking and security technologies.

Provide pre-sales technical support and consultancy for public sector customers: assess requirements, design and demo security solutions, prepare RFPs/tenders/POCs, and deliver professional services and channel training.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable networking and security software for cloud-native deployments. Implement and debug features, optimize system performance, and collaborate with DevOps and QA to deliver high-quality products. Work on management, control, and dataplane components while ensuring cloud operation efficiency and meeting delivery schedules.
